We want you to be fully satisfied with your official Altrincham FC merchandise, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn and tagged items. Please note that personalized shirts and memorabilia cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached within 28 days of purchase.

  Securely package your items and send them back to the Altrincham FC Club Shop via a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.

  Once received, our team will inspect the goods and process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 working days.
